What is Atmoir’s return policy?
We accept returns, exchanges, or replacements only for unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
How should I document and report defective or damaged product?
Please record a video while unboxing your package to document any defects or missing items. Contact Customer Service at atmoir.assistance@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle the pick-up and delivery of the products. The return process usually takes 7-10 days.
Are items purchased during saleseligible for returns or refunds?

Eligible only for replacement or exchange.

What condition must returned products be in?
Returned products must have their original tags, dust bag, and packaging box intact.

How long does it take for the product to reach the warehouse and for the quality check?
•Shipping to Warehouse: 3-5 days.
•Quality Check: Up to 48 hours after the product arrives at our warehouse.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the quality check is completed successfully, your refund will be issued to your original or chosen payment method. Return authorization will be sent via phone or email.

Incorrect Item or Parcel
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or parcel?
Submit a Return Request online within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement within 7-10 days. If out of stock, our Customer Service team will contact you to provide the best possible replacement.
